This week at Kensington Intermediate-Senior High

This week at KISH students had a four-day week due to Islander Day.

TUESDAY:

The junior boys A basketball team played Miscouche, while the junior girls team played Hernewood.

After school, there was a meeting for the parents of students going to Spain this March break.

WEDNESDAY:

KISH had badminton after school and then the senior men’s and women’s basketball teams both challenged Colonel Grey.

There was a prom committee meeting at lunch.

THURSDAY:

There was a trades and technology expo for students interested in working in this domain.

FRIDAY:

An RCMP recruiter, Constable Rose, visited our school to give students in grades 11 and 12 insight on this field.

Next week is Winter Carnival week at KISH. Students will stand up against bullying for Pink Shirt Day and the Miss KISH pageant will be kicked off.

On Monday we will have Denim Day, Tuesday is Occupation Day when you dress up as what you want to be when you are older, Wednesday is Pink Shirt Day, and Thursday is Grade Colour Day.
