The cat adoption initiative aims to eliminate the overpopulation of feral and homeless cats on the Island by finding kittens a permanent (usually indoor only) home that allows them to get all of their vaccinations as well as being spayed or neutered. It also works in conjunction with Cat Action Team, the P.E.I. Humane Society and Spay-Aid.
