Lawless leads Kensington girls

KENSINGTON – Jillian Lawless scored four goals to lead Kensington to a 7-3 win over Central Queens in a Subway P.E.I. Under-16 Girls Soccer League (First Division) match on Wednesday night.

Victoria Bond (2) and Cassidy Champion rounded out the scoring for the winners at the Kensington Intermediate-Senior High School field.

Cassie Doiron, Cassandra Murphy and Joelle Murphy countered for Central Queens.

Kensington led 4-1 at the half.
