Storm under-17 boys improve to 7-0

ROSEBANK – The West Prince Storm kept rolling along in the Subway P.E.I. Under-17 Boys Soccer League on Wednesday night.

The Storm posted a 5-2 home-field victory over the Summerside United at Westisle Composite High School. The win improved the Storm’s record to 7-0 (won-lost).

After Summerside opened the scoring on a goal by Kolin Sobey, Mike Peters and Colton Chassion found the back of the net to send the Storm into halftime up 2-1.

Chaisson, Elliot Watters and Jake Shea scored second-half goals for West Prince. Jordan Gallant netted the other Summerside tally.

Declan MacLeod and Cole Hackett shared the goaltending win.

The Storm is back in action on Thursday, when the Sherwood-Parkdale Rangers visit the Westisle pitch.
