TOSH off to Coal Bowl

SUMMERSIDE – Three Oaks Senior High School’s two senior AAA basketball teams are off to the prestigious Coal Bowl in New Waterford, N.S.

Topics :: Bruce Campbell Division , Breton Education Centre , Boucherie Secondary School , West Kelowna , Nova Scotia , Glace Bay

The Three Oaks boys will play in the Bruce Campbell Division.

The Three Oaks girls will not actually play in the actual Coal Bowl tournament, but will play exhibition games.

The boys begin play against Mt. Boucherie Secondary School from West Kelowna, B.C., on Monday, Jan. 30, at noon.

Three Oaks then plays Sackville High School from Nova Scotia on Wednesday, Feb. 1, at 11 a.m., and takes on Glace Bay High School on Thursday, Feb. 2, at 3 p.m.

The Axemen close out round-robin play against Corner Brook High School on Friday, Feb. 3, at 9 a.m.

The Three Oaks girls play Breton Education Centre on Jan. 31 at 6 p.m.; Glace Bay High School on Feb. 1 at 9 a.m., and Breton Education Centre again on Feb. 2 at 1 p.m.
