UNB maintains No. 2 ranking

OTTAWA – The UNB Varsity Reds have maintained the No. 2 position in this week’s Canadian Interuniversity Sport men’s hockey rankings.

The Varsity Reds, who are coached by Bedeque native Gardiner MacDougall, sit atop the Atlantic University Sport standings with a record of 22-3-1 (won-lost-overtime losses).

The Acadia Axemen (20-3-3) and Moncton Blue Eagles (16-10-0) also cracked the top-10 rankings. Acadia stays at No. 3 while Moncton drops from eighth to 10th.

The unranked UPEI Panthers received 10 votes.
