The Charlottetown Islanders gave up four second period goals Sunday in a 6-0 loss to the Drummondville Voltigeurs.
It was the Islanders third loss in as many days on the road in Quebec and extended their losing streak to seven games.
The Islanders were outshot 53-14 on Sunday.
Drummondville improves to 30-16-1-2 while Charlottetown falls to 17-28-1-4.
Voltigeurs captain Charles-David Beaudoin had three goals and an assist to lead the way. Matthew Boudens, Christophe Lalancette and Joey Ratelle also scored.
Drummondville held period leads of 1-0 and 5-0.
Louis-Philip Guindon made 14 saves in the win while Eric Brassard made 47 saves in the loss.
The Islanders lost 4-2 in Victoriaville on Saturday.
Charlottetown native Ross Johnston had two goals while singles went to former Islander Yan-Pavel Laplante and Cameron Yarwood.
Brad Kennedy and Spenser Cobbold had the Islanders’ goals while David Henley and Guillaume Rioux-Legault had assists.
Francois Tremblay made 26 stops for the win while Mason McDonald stopped 35 saves.
Charlottetown hosts Moncton Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Eastlink Centre.
