TIGNISH – The red-hot Belfast Sabres will look to continue their winning ways in the Razzy’s P.E.I. Junior C Hockey League on Friday night.

The Sabres will travel to the Tignish Centennial Arena to take on the Perry’s Construction Aces in a 7:30 start.

After losing the first three games of the regular season, the Sabres have won 10 in a row while the Aces will be looking to snap a three-game losing streak.

Aces general manager Darlene Hackett reports that sniper Slade Handrahan will be back in the lineup after missing the past three weeks, and Tyson Carragher is expected to make his debut. Tignish coach Mike O’Halloran is hoping the O’Leary native can provide some offence and play a tough gritty game as well.

Chase Dyment will get the call in goal for the Aces.

The Aces’ Regal Cresting player of the game in last week’s home contest against Souris was stay-at-home rookie defenceman Mason Perry, who played a solid game.
