P.E.I.’s Jennifer Scott rink from Montague will be part of the main draw at the Canadian senior curling championships at the Yellowknife Curling Centre.

P.E.I. was one of the provinces that had to go through a pre-qualifying event on the women’s side, and Scott secured her berth with a 9-4 over Ontario’s Marilyn Bodogh in eight ends on Friday morning.

Bodogh later qualified with an afternoon victory over Nunavut’s Beverly Ford.

Round-robin play begins on Saturday morning.
