In Peewee AAA Baseball League action

RICHMOND – Luke Dyment’s clutch batting sent the Richmond Red Sox to a dramatic win in the P.E.I. Peewee AAA Baseball League here Sunday evening.

Dyment, who went 3-for-4 and drove in two runs, delivered a game-winning walkoff single in the bottom of the seventh inning. Dyment’s heroics lifted the Red Sox to a 15-14 win over the Sherwood Knights at the Ralph MacLellan Centre diamond.

Matt Williams (4-4, double, four RBI) and Austin Arsenault (2-4, double, three RBI) also had big games offensively for the Red Sox.

MacLaren (2-3, two doubles), Keagan Legere (3-5) and Kennedy Gallant (2-5, triple) were Sherwood’s top hitters.
