Mosquito Chevys outlast Kensington

SUMMERSIDE – The Summerside Source for Sports Chevys outlasted Kensington 13-10 in a P.E.I. Mosquito AA Baseball League game recently.

Winning pitcher Kaden MacInnis allowed two runs, two hits, four walks and struck out six in three innings of work. Bryson Roberts-MacEwen was the pitcher of record for Kensington.

MacInnis led Summerside at the plate with a 2-for-3 summary. Noah Gallant, Hayden Ellis, Cameron Gallant, Charlie Johnston and Maddix Hamilton all had singles.

Chandler Marshall, who was 1-for-1 with a double, was Kensington’s top batter. Roberts-MacEwen, Darrison Cole, Reid MacKay and Cameron Paynter all added singles.

The contest was played at Queen Elizabeth Park’s Very Important Volunteer Field.
