Island athletes post strong showing at Legion nationals

LANGLEY, B.C. – Prince Edward Island athletes had a strong showing recently at the Legion National Track and Field Championships held in Langley B.C.

The meet was highlighted by a bronze medal performance by Logan Robinson in the youth men's javelin. This was the first medal won by an Island athlete since 2007. Ten of the Island's 16 athletes recorded personal best performances. The following is a complete list of results.


Youth Men

Logan Robinson: Javelin 53.18 [3rd] P.B
