CHARLOTTETOWN – Another showdown is ready to take place in the afternoon top class at Red Shores at the Charlottetown Driving Park on Saturday.

Post time for the 13-dash program is 1 p.m.

Cambest Kisser, who ended Pinner’s winning streak last week, will square off in the $2,000 feature, dubbed the wild horses promotion, in Race 12. Jason Hughes will be back in the bike for Cambest Kisser while Pinner gets the services of Brodie MacPhee after Marc Campbell booked off all his drives.

Panacotta, a major player in wearing down the leader in his last start, drew the rail for trainer Blaine Baglole, with Mark Bradley getting the call to drive this week.

Miracle Matts leaves from Post 2 for Corey MacPherson while PC Shockwave (Brian MacPhee) and Nobestbfor (Walter Cheverie) complete the star-studded lineup.

Wonderous Hanover is the morning-line favourite in the afternoon trot class. Michael McGuigan will handle the five-year-old mare from Post 6.

Delta Dental, with Ron Gass, and JK Queen, driven by Walter Cheverie, are also top-three candidates. Cheverie is the 2013 Mr. Trot Challenge champion presented by Johnston’s Salads and Keybrand Foods Inc.

Whatrugonnado takes her two-win race streak into Saturday for owner-trainer Jonah Moase of Cornwall. Hughes will do the driving.
