The Capitals will be looking to sweep the best-of-seven Roger Meek Division semifinal series in the MHL (Maritime Junior Hockey League) at the Miramichi Civic Centre. Game time is 8 p.m.
After 4-2 and 2-1 wins in the first two games, the Capitals erupted for five second-period goals en route to an 8-2 triumph in Game 3 at Eastlink Arena in Summerside on Thursday night. The Capitals have yet to trail in the series.
Forward Chris Caissy, who has points in the first three games of the series, leads the Capitals in post-season scoring with seven points, including three goals. Danny Chiasson is next with four goals and two assists for six points.
A Timberwolves’ win will force a Game 5 back in Summerside on Monday at 7 p.m.
In the other Roger Meek Division semifinal series, the Woodstock Slammers took a 2-0 lead into Friday night’s Game 3 against the Dieppe Commandos in Woodstock, N.B.
