Bantam semifinal on Thursday in Summerside

SUMMERSIDE – Game five between the Summerside Capitals and the Western Maroons in the P.E.I. Irving Oil Bantam AAA Hockey League semifinals goes Thursday night, Feb. 28, at 6:50 p.m. at Credit Union Place, Summerside.

Summerside forced a game five via their 3-0 win Tuesday night in Tignish. Jeremy McKenna’s goal 14 seconds into the game proved to be the winner.

The winner moves on to the best-of-five Island finals versus the Mid-Isle Matrix.

The date and time listed in Wednesday’s sports section of the Journal Pioneer for this game were incorrect.
