Caissy scores twice in 4-1 win over Woodstock on Sunday

SUMMERSIDE – The Summerside Western Capitals’ winning streak has reached 15 games in the MHL (Maritime Junior Hockey League).

The Capitals, behind a two-goal effort from Chris Caissy and a 24-save effort from Jacob Riley, defeated the Woodstock Slammers before 1,443 fans at Eastlink Arena on Sunday afternoon.

Scott Trask and Jason Seed also scored for the Capitals, who improved their  record to 34-6-2-0 (won-lost-overtime losses-shootout losses). The Slammers fell to 23-14-2-0.
