ABRAM-VILLAGE – The Arsenault’s Fish Mart Red Wings will play a rare Friday night home game in the Island Junior Hockey League this week.

Topics :
Red Wings , Holland College , Sherwood AS Scrap Metal Falcons

The Red Wings, who have been off now for two weeks, will host the Sherwood A&S Scrap Metal Falcons at the Evangeline Recreation Centre at 7:30 p.m.

The Red Wings are coming off back-to-back wins against the Holland College Hurricanes, and want to stay on the winning track.

The Red Wings coaching staff has been pleased with the play of Brett Adams lately, and Brandon Carter will be back in the lineup after serving a one-game suspension.

Summerside Western Capitals defenceman Matt Kelly will play his first home game of the season for the Red Wings on Friday.

Kelly, who played in the Red Wings’ 3-0 win over Holland College at the Charlottetown Civic Centre, is signed to a junior B card, and will be eligible to play as an over-ager with the Red Wings next season if he plays 10 games this year.
