The Tignish Perry’s Construction Aces pulled out a 3-1 road victory over the Morell Crunch while the host Belfast Sabres routed the Tyne Valley Clover Farmers 9-1.

At the Morell Community Rink, Traven Gaudet (1-1), Karter Hackett and Spencer Gallant scored for the second-place Aces, who improved to 16-5-2 (won-lost-overtime/shootout losses) to close to within three points of league-leading Southside (17-3-1).
Zack MacDonald netted the lone goal for Morell (6-14-2).
Winning goaltender was Chase Dyment.
Sabres 9 Clover Farmers 1
At the Belfast Recreation Centre, the Sabres broke open a close game through two periods with seven unanswered goals in the final frame.
Josh Doran (3-2) and Kurtis MacEwen (1-4) each had five points to lead the Sabres (13-7-2). Jack Panting (2), Jeremy Godkin (1-3), Ben Nabuurs (1-1) and Ties Hakkers also dented the twine.
Tyler Peters answered for the Clover Farmers (1-18-0).
Robert Stewart picked up the goaltending win as the Sabres outshot the Clover Farmers 66-27.
