Hockey games cancelled across PEI

There won't be much hockey action happening on P.E.I. today (Sunday) as most games scheduled for the day were postponed because of the snowstorm.

Sunday's Island Community Senior Hockey League game in Montague between the Montague Marines and Kensington Granites was cancelled due to the weather. The game will be made up at a later date.

In the P.E.I. Midget AAA Hockey League, Sunday afternoon's game in Alberton between Summerside Hemphill GM Capitals and Western Regals was cancelled due to weather. The game will be rescheduled for a later date.

The P.E.I. Junior C Hockey League game which was set for Tignish at the Credit Union Arena on Sunday evening between the Tignish Perry’s Construction Aces and North River Flames was also cancelled due to the weather. It will be rescheduled.

Sunday's Junior C game in Belfast between Belfast Surge Energy Sabres and the Tyne Valley Clover Farmers was cancelled, too, and will be made up at a later date. 

The Island Junior Hockey League game scheduled for Sunday between Sherwood A&S Scrap Metal Falcons and Arsenault’s Fish Mart Western Red Wings in Evangeline was postponed and will be rescheduled.
