Kings, Matrix skate to 4-4 draw

MURRAY RIVER – The Kings County Kings and MidIsle Matrix settled for a draw in recent hockey action.

The teams scored four goals each in Sunday’s Irving Oil Bantam AAA Hockey League matchup.

Leading the goal scoring for Kings County was Blake Jamieson with a pair.  Dallas Farrell added a goal and an assist while Nathan Cahill finished off the scoring for the Kings. Single assists went to Dawson Grenier, and Edwin Jenkins.

Replying for MidIsle was Kyle Pinkson with a goal and two assists while Riley Gallant added a goal and a helper. Dylan Wheatly and Jordan Montgomery also scored and Carson McManamam and Kyle MacGuigan each added a helper.
