The hosts of the 2013 RBC Cup moved to 13th overall in the Canadian Junior Hockey League’s top 20 standings, up from 18th last week.

The Caps are coming off a successful home-and-home series, defeating the Woodstock Slammers 5-0 on Thursday, and 6-2 on Sunday.

Summerside is one of just three Maritime Hockey League teams in the top 20.

The Truro Bearcats maintained their second-place CJHL placement, and are also the top-ranked MHL team. The Yarmouth Mariners, meanwhile, dropped from 14th to 16th in the latest standings.

The Brooks Bandits of the Alberta Junior Hockey League continued their run as the No. 1 ranked team in the country, while the Flin Flon Bombers of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League round out the top three.

The CJHL is comprised of 10 junior A hockey leagues from across the country.
