MONCTON, N.B. – Jordan Knox of Skinners Pond scored a short-handed goal at 3:57 of the third period to snap a 3-3 tie, sending the UPEI Panthers to their fourth win in a row in Atlantic University Sport men’s hockey action Saturday night.

Knox’s marker made it a 4-3 game, and UPEI went on to defeat the Moncton Blue Eagles 5-3 at the J. Louis Levesque Arena.

The Panthers trailed 3-0 after the first period, and went into the final 20 minutes down 3-2.

Harrison McIver of Newton also scored for the Panthers (8-5-0), who have won seven of their last nine games.
