U.S. strikes for two power-play goals

SUMMERSIDE -

SUMMERSIDE -- Shane Berschbach has scored two power-play goals to stake the United States to a 2-0 lead over Belarus after one period at the 2009 World Junior 'A' Hockey Challenge on Tuesday night.

Berschbach's goals came at 14:42 and 16:52.

The winner of this game will face Sweden in a quarter-final game Thursday afternoon, and the loser will meet Canada West in an evening quarter-final.
