Editor,

I've been a Boston Bruin fan ever since I heard the name Bobby Orr. I grew up loving the Bruins and despising the Montreal Canadians.

The reason I hated Montreal was not because of the organization, but the way the announcers and the fans carried on.

Now I hear the local Bruin contingent of fans are having a parade to celebrate winning the Stanley Cup to rub it in the faces of the Hab fans.

I'm sorry – but if we Bruin fans have to stoop to the level of the Hab fans then I guess we are not as classy as I had thought.

I hope I am not around to see the Habs win the cup because they will probably ask the premier for an Island holiday just to outdo the Bruin fans.

The fans have every right to be proud and celebrate. Some people have nothing better t o do than complain.

I can't believe this letter. The bruin fans did NOTHING wrong. All they did was have a parade as they were proud(as the should be) that their team won. They have a right to be pleased as it was a hard fought series and the best team won.
