Holland College has announced it will be increasing tuition for all full-time programs effective September of this year.
The college has several tuition levels with the majority of its program tuitions falling into three primary bands that range from $3,600 to $5,800 per year.
The programs in these three bands will increase by $100 per program per year.
The average tuition on all programs will see an increase of just under 2.5 per cent.
“Holland College continues to encounter fiscal challenges, as do most post-secondary institutions across the country,” said Ken Heckbert, chief financial officer at Holland College.
“As a result, we continue to review the college’s expenses and revenues. We want to ensure that our students continue to have access to the excellent learning environment to which they have become accustomed, and we are committed to minimizing the effect our fiscal realities have on them.”
