Community centre and Memorial Park victims of vandalism

MONTAGUE - RCMP are investigating acts of mischief which took place at the Murray Harbour Community Centre and the E.A Keeping Memorial Park,  on or between Friday night, May 16th and early Saturday morning, May 17th.

RCMP request help of public to solve Murray Harbour vandalsim damage

An attempted break in to the centre caused damage to the rear door of the building. Several solar outdoor lights were also smashed off a railing near the front entrance.

A vehicle entered E.A. Keeping Memorial Park and tore up a significant amount of grass throughout the grounds.

Montague RCMP is asking for the public's assistance in solving this crime.bAnyone that has information about the damage done to the community centre and park is asked to contact the Kings District RCMP at (902) 838-9300 or remain an anonymous caller by calling Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS and possibly qualify for a cash reward of up to $2000.00.
