RCMP organizing career information session in Wellington

WELLINGTON - RCMP is organizing an information session in Wellington Thursday, May 29, for people interested in learning more about the various careers being offered by the national police force.

As part of the recruiting tour, Cst. Greg Thomas, from the Alberton detachment of the RCMP, will give a free presentation in French at the Rural Action Centre in Wellington from 3 to 4:30 p.m. He'll discuss the various types of career options, the required criteria, the training necessary, life in the RCMP, etc.
