KENSINGTON - Kensington police responded to 67 calls during the month of March.

The majority of the calls were for uttering threats. Police responded to 15 complaints.

There were nine calls under the Motor Vehicle Act and six for property checks.

General assistance requests accounted for 12 responses and officers were dispatched on five alarm calls, three under the 911 act, two for breach of peace, two under the Coroner’s Act and two motor vehicle accidents.

Police charged four impaired drivers during March and investigated single calls for criminal harassment, failure to remain at the scene of an accident, suspicious person/vehicle and lost and found.

Police also issued six Highway Traffic Act warnings and logged 3.5 hours on foot patrols.
