WOODSTOCK – It is never too late to start something new, suggests CBDC West Prince Ventures.

Over the last 10 years, notes Taylore Matheson, event coordinator for West Prince Ventures’ first ever 50 Plus Entrepreneur Forum, the highest rate of new entrepreneurship belonged to the 55-64 age group.

The theme of the forum, to be held next month at the Rodd Mill River Resort, is Explore Opportunities and Create New Beginnings. Matheson explains the program is designed to provide high-quality information, and to encourage utilization of experience, skills and interests while offering community members a chance to explore opportunities and create new beginnings in business development.

A steering committee for the forum is planning entertainment, special guests, free offers and prizes for the occasion.

More information on the forum is available by contacting Matheson at taylore.matheson@cbdc.ca or 853-3616.
