KINKORA – On Dec. 27, at 4 p.m. East Prince RCMP arrested an impaired driver on Route 225 in Kinkora after receiving a complaint from the public.

A 52-year-old Crapaud man supplied breath samples which reached more than two times the legal limit and he now faces impaired driving related charges.

He was released from police custody and will appear in Summerside Provincial Court at a later date.

RCMP ask the motoring public to continue reporting suspected impaired drivers in order to keep the highways safe.
