If 25/50 cents deters anyone from coming to or leaving the Island then they probably were not coming or going anyway. I for one appreciate having the convenience of the bridge!

I don`t know if 50 cents is going to keep additional people away, but 44$ in the first place to travel between the provinces already hurt it severely. Who would want to come here for that

This is getting absolutely ridiculous. No wonder so many people are leaving to live elsewhere. And it's sad that it mostly affects islanders not visitors. It's hard enough trying to get across but with the price going up, nobody is going to be able to afford it. While studying across I could never come home just because of this toll. Something needs to be done about this. I'm glad to say that I'm not an Islander anymore and I'm happy to have left.
