Crapaud church holding free Christmas event for community

CRAPAUD – The St. John’s Anglican Church in Crapaud wants to put people in the holiday mood, so it’s throwing a party.

The church will be hosing an evening of Christmas songs on Dec. 15, starting at 7 p.m.

Acclaimed Island musician Rodney Savidant will headline the show and will be joined by Hailey MacIssac, of North Carleton.

This event will be free and is meant to be a way of thanking the greater community for their support of past events.

However, there will be freewill offering available for anyone who would like to donate to an Island food bank.
