HALIFAX – Nova Scotia RCMP have said that it could be months before an exact cause of death is determined for a young Summerside man who died there recently.
Josh Grady, 26, originally from Sumerside, collapsed during the Salomon Cuddly Coyote IV Trail Running Race in St. Margaret’s Bay earlier this month.
RCMP Sgt. Alain Leblanc confirmed that the Nova Scotia medical examiner’s office is still investigating the exact cause of Grady’s death and said that it could be some time before that is completed.
He also said the decision whether or not to release the cause of death to the public will be up to Grady’s family.
Foul play is not suspected in the death.
His funeral took place Oct. 17.
