Winds whipped snow across a frozen Summerside Harbour this morning as the temperatures hover around –20 Celsius with wind chills between –30C and – 35C. Environment Canada has issued a Wind Chill Warning for the region today, ahead of an expected nor'easter which could bring up to a much as 40 centimetres of snow over the weekend.
