Following the arrest, police seized over six grams of cocaine, a digital scale, a cell phone and packaging material.

Noye was released and will appear in Summerside Provincial court on April 18.

The Prince District JFO Drug Unit is comprised of officers from the Summerside Police Services and the East and West Prince RCMP detachments and are responsible for drug investigations within the Prince District and Summerside city areas.

    wake up

Honestly..people judge everyone, as soon as someone gets into trouble, people JUDGE!! They do not judge themselves, only others, this is very sad.. you will never heal your own issues, until you deal with them, and don't worry about other people. You have never walked in this man's shoes, or any others, except your OWN! This man choose the wrong path, it DOES NOT mean, he will not get onto the right one, if he doesn't that will be his own decision, no one else's, as for selling drugs, I personally do not agree with it, in ANYWAY shape or form, and I agree he should be, and will be punished, furthermore, our community needs to step up, and have more drug awareness programs, and rehab centers, and especially more employment, that is why, in my opinion, crime, and selling narcotics is soo high, and will continue to be, unless something drastic is done..time for EVERYONE to get their act together, not just, sit back, and CONDEM!!!

there are so Many KIDS in this Town not only DOING drugs and ADDICTED to Drugs..but they are also SELLING Drugs themselves after getting it from the Adult DRUG DEALERS! Who some of these Drug users are also the parents of some of these addicted kids..it's very Sad. But we all know Crimes result from people doing Drugs. and this Town has become a very unsafe place to live now. but the biggest thing, is that there are so many kids whose lives are getting ruined, by drugs. the Police are doing what they can..(but there's so many dealers! at least 100 from S'side & add in the kids that are selling, and it's double that and then some) and the judges just let them go anyway! Parents neet to wake up & stop trying to be their child's friend & start being a real Parent! ask yourself why your child is out running the streets or whatever all hours day & night for alot, why so many are walking across the field away from 3 oaks at 9am, when they should be in class! Things are only going to get worse..and it's not the police's fault..it's Our own! ppl need to wake up and start being parents that raise respectable citizens and give back the town they live in. and Judges need to get rid of the dealers anyway they can.

    NOTHING IN TAXES
    - January 26, 2013 at 15:42:30

Unfortunately nothing constructive will be done because there is nothing in it for the Government by putting these people in jail. If however they were selling illegal cigarettes or booze then they would be prosecuted as they would be taking tax money away the the Government.

Put this idiot away for a long time. He is nothing but a low life criminal whos name shows up in the paper every couple months. Has more kids around that he doesnt support and ruins the lifes of other families with his criminal activity. These are the idiots we should be locking away for a long time!

    Mother Who knows

Why on earth are they releasing him and letting him run around Summerside again to deal again? Because this is what he is going to be doing again just like a couple of other thugs in Summerside who are still doing it and have been caught. Why does the judge and the cops bargain with these drug dealers. Why cant they put them away like anybody else that gets caught for stealing etc. They should be serving time like the big wigs and should not be allowed to do this. My daughter has been a drug addict for 8 yrs now she is trying to stay clean and to have these thugs running around dangling product in their faces is not fair because they dont care what they are doing to the families of the addicts. I hope he and others get some time
