A passenger bus left a road in Travelers Rest early Sunday evening and crashed into a utility pole.

Reports have indicated that there were no injuries but that several of the 30 passengers were taken to hospital as a precaution.

RCMP temporarily closed a section of highway between Rayner Creek Road and Route 120 to allow for the scene to be cleared.

More information will be posted as it becomes available.
