City man facing drug trafficking charges

They have a funny smell...Maybe....

Honestly that doesn't make sense. He is, I quote "facing two drug trafficking charges following an arrest Friday morning'... But, quote "No drugs or other drug paraphernalia were seized during the man’s arrest." If they already arrested him on a previous investigation and charged him why would he be arrested again and face court when they didn't find anything in a search of his vehicle????
