CALEDONIA - Kings District RCMP are presently at the scene of a serious two car collision at the intersection of Route 315 and Route 318 Caledonia, Kings Co, P.E.I.. The call was received at 6:50 a.m. and investigators will be on the scene for most of the morning. The drivers of both cars have been transported to QEH Hospital in Charlottetown with serious injuries. The drivers were alone in the cars.
The preliminary investigation has indicated one of the cars went through the stop sign and collided with the oncoming vehicle. The investigation is continuing.
