Advanced Placement: Our Advanced Placement (AP) students wrote their International AP exams on Thursday and Friday (May 22 and 23).

We are proud of all of the work that these students and their teachers have put in to these courses.

Skills Canada

Our Skills Canada P.E.I. team is working hard to prepare for Nationals in Toronto during the first week of June. We wish our 11 gold medalists the best at this competition as they represent the Province in these events.

Westisle Food Drive

The Annual Westisle Food Drive for the Caring Cupboard will take place on Wednesday, June 4. Please have any donations you wish to have picked up ready for the students when they arrive.

Final Examinations

Exams begin on Wednesday, June 11 and run until June 16. Exams will run period 4, 3, 2, and 1 on (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Monday).

Relay for Life

The Westisle Relay for Life will be taking place on the evening of Friday, June 20. There will be a Survivor's reception at 6 p.m. followed by the Survivor's Lap and opening ceremonies at 7 p.m. If you wish to register a team, please call Charmaine Melanson-Gavin at the school (853-8626).


Graduation is set for Monday, June 23 at 7 p.m. The students will be having a rehearsal that morning and it is important that all students who plan to attend graduation attend the rehearsal. Tickets will be given out that morning at the rehearsal.
