“A healthy lifestyle,” stresses Hope Centre Clubhouse director, Natasha Dunn, “is more than just physical activity and healthy eating. It’s the whole package, and focusing on mental wellness is just as important.”

Clubhouse, a Canadian Mental Health Association program, recently received a donation of 17 yoga mats from The Medicine Shoppe in Alberton. The mats, valued at $425, will be used for healthy living activities at Alberton’s Clubhouse.

“Yoga is a great way to look after our mental health,” Dunn acknowledged.
