Evening of Christmas music planned for Summerside Legion

SUMMERSIDE - The group, which filled the Summerside Legion for "A Night of Remembrance" show back in November, is returning to host an evening filled with Christmas music and heartwarming holiday stories on Wednesday, Dec. 12.

Phase Two band, which includes Gerry Hickey, Blaine Murphy, Pat King, and John McGarry), will be joined by Kendall Docherty and Brian Knox as they ring in the holiday season with many favourite Christmas selections. This show will also feature some powerful Christmas stories, which reflect the true meaning of the holiday season. 

The show will be presented from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion in Summerside. Tickets are on sale now, but will also be available at the door the night of the show. Tickets can be booked in advance by calling George Lyle at 439-1121.

This event will serve as a fundraiser for the Summerside Legion and the many activities which the legion home supports throughout the Summerside area.
