SUMMERSIDE -

SUMMERSIDE -- Russia scored during a two-man power play in the second period to get on the scoreboard against the United States at the 2009 World Junior 'A' Hockey Challenge on Friday afternoon.

Alexey Marchenko was credited with the goal that cut the United States' lead to 4-1.

With just over eight minutes remaining in the second period, the United States is outshooting Russia 20-10.
