Maxine Ellis (left), representing Évangéline-Central Credit Union, presents a $500 donation to the O’Leary Elementary School Breakfast program from the credit union to Susan Thain-Trail, principal of O’Leary Elementary School.
The O'Leary breakfast program runs throughout the school year with breakfast being offered to all students three days a week. The structure consists of a morning breakfast snack on Mondays and Wednesdays and a hot breakfast meal on Fridays.
The three elementary schools recently received donations from Évangéline-Central Credit Union to cover some of the cost in running the breakfast program for the 2013-2014 school year.
