Visitors to the Summerside wharf this weekend didn't see any tall ships, since the Festival of the Wind and the Race Around the Island had wrapped up a week earlier. But that doesn't mean the wharf was empty. The Panama-flagged vessel Balsa 54 had arrived to unload its cargo of diammonium phosphate fertilizer.
